MPN weekly meetings are held Monday afternoons from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Each week we will have a "Table Topic" or teaching theme for about 20 minutes on one subject relating to the job search. Table Topics would be on such issues as cover letters, interview tips, presentation techniques and how to prove you're as good as you are.

Please be on time. Because late arrivals tend to disrupt the flow of the meeting, we ask that you make every effort to be on time. There will be a break at 3:37 pm for one-on-one networking, snacking, visiting the restrooms (please obey the gender signage!), etc.

Workshops, which generally run from 10:00am to 1:00pm during the middle of the week are presented on an as needed basis.

Time is important! Because late arrivals tend to disrupt the flow of the meeting, we ask that you make every effort to be on time and stay until the end. On the other hand, day care pick-ups are always respected. If you must leave early, please let the facilitator know at the beginning of the meeting so you can be worked into the schedule accordingly.

Eighty percent of life is showing up! It is recommended that you attend meetings on a regular basis. We ask that you make every effort stay for the entire meeting with the exception of the aforementioned parental duties. (If you know you will be late, just let us know.)

Foul Weather Happens. In general, when we have a snowstorm, there will still be a meeting. However, if the weather is extremely bad and much of the city closes down, we will cancel the meeting. In that case, you should receive an email by noon of the day of the meeting. So be sure to check your email before going out in the cold
